Marketing Professor Subin Im’s paper, “Antecedents and Consequences of Creativity in Product Innovation Teams,” published in January 2013, has been selected as the article with the highest citation frequency by the Journal of Product Innovation Management.


The article examined how the characteristics and dynamics of a production team can affect creativity and how creativity can deliver competitive advantage in the high-tech industry.
